Booking Terms and conditions

Important that all clients read and sign for on client contract before booking a trek or safari.*

General conditions

Reservations

A deposit of 30% per person is required at the time of booking and the balance paid at least 30 days prior to tour begins. Unless previously arranged.

Cancellation

Any monies will be refunded less the cost of food , transport or accommodation fees levied and a 10% of the deposit fee after deductions.

Rates

Includes all expense in relation to vehicle driver / mountain guides porters, transport, accommodation, transfers associated with the booked expedition or safari. (As stated in our general information) .NOT INCLUSIVE OF TIPS.

Accommodation

Based on two person or group sharing room /tent.

Alteration of trek or safari

The company reserves the right to alter the arrangements of the route or itinerary should it be deemed necessary It Also reserves the right to not accept any person on a trek or safari at any time. Prices are based on costs at time of printing and therefore are subject to change and may vary slightly.

Liability

The company and its agent’s act only as agents of Wild side Ventures (Africa) in all matters relating to accommodation, lodge tented or other, tours , transport , safari and trekking services used. And shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage to person or property in any way.

The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the incident arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all parts of the Wild Side Ventures (Africa) products and services.

Note: All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and at times can be hazardous. Expedition members must accept this risk.

Insurance

All clients are advised to take out an insurance policy, which covers personal injury medical expenses and loss of baggage or property.
